The Senior Media Strategist creates and executes online marketing campaigns for local and regional businesses nationwide, dictates campaign strategy, and assists in the training of Media Coordinators. This position has heavy emphasis on advertising within Google Ads and Meta (Facebook Ad Manager). This position is 100% Remote however you must live in the Dallas, Ft. Worth area to attend occasional team meetups.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Build campaigns using Google Ads and Facebook Ad Manager

• Experience setting up and troubleshooting Google and Meta conversions

• Experience with Google Tag Manager and Facebook Ad Manager

• Perform keyword research and create search-based campaigns

• Study target audience profiles and create demographic and behavioral campaigns

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns & assess against goals

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize projects based on findings

• Maintain accurate log of project/campaign developments using internal Project Management Software

• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, as requested

• Problem-solve and troubleshoot campaign issues

• Recommend digital marketing strategy and tactic improvements

• Mentor & train Coordinator team members to build, optimize, and report on Google campaigns

• As this role grows, responsibilities will be reviewed and assessed regularly

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years experience using Google Ads (search, display, and YouTube) and Meta ads (Facebook Ads Manager)

• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications

• Careful, methodical, and detail oriented mindset

• Someone flexible and fearless who is excited to help build our growing company
